  • Front Entrance Remodel

    We completely revamped the exterior of this building. Polished brass accents, beautifully finished door, replaced and painted the damaged steps. Increased curb appeal and property value.
  • Masonry Repair

    The brick flower bed had badly cracked and the retaining wall was separating from the base. The downspout and the brick structure were in jeopardy of damage. Our crews repaired the area by sealing the brick and ensuring the flower bed was intact.
  • Stairs Repair

    These stairs, which acted as an important means of egress during emergencies, had fallen into serious disrepair. They required a total demolition and replacement. Our crews were in charge of the entire project from pouring the cement to securing the railings.
  • Pipe Break in Unit

    This unit suffered a large pipe break that left the floor, carpeting, walls, ceilings, and subfloor completed rotted out. Our crews stopped the leak, ripped out all of the damaged material, performed mold remediation, and then completely rebuilt the affected area. A tenant was living here at the time, so these repairs had to done in an extremely time sensitive manner and with a respect for the tenants belongings.
  • Full Kitchen Conversion

    At one time, this unit was a commercial office. The owner wished to convert it to an apartment that he could rent. This meant adding a full kitchen, which our crews performed completely. This included custom building cabinetry, new appliances, and all of the plumbing and wiring that is involved with a new kitchen. This project was done in a short time-table to ensure the unit was able to be rented by September 1st.
  • Rotted Door Secuity Concern

    This condominium door suffered severe water damage and rotting of the wood frame. Building security was threatened as the door was coming apart and the hinges were compromised. Our crews removed the door and rebuilt the entire wooden frame. A new, more secure, door was installed
