Executive Team

  • Boston Property Management Office:

    Patrick Colbert | President

    Patrick directs the management and operations for Premier Property Solutions. He has over 20 years of experience in all facets of property management, real estate development, maintenance, and construction. Patrick is a Certified Manager of Community Associations, and has personally managed over 1,250 condominium units in some of Boston’s most prestigious neighborhoods. His diverse portfolio has allowed him to gain a wide range of experiences pertaining to governance, financial, and physical plant management. As President, Patrick works closely with all property management employees to cultivate the highest quality work for our clients.

  • Brokerage Office:

    Steven Schlom | Sales and Leasing Director

    Steven holds a BSBA from Northeastern University. After graduation Steven worked as the manager of Northeastern Metro Realty, Boston Realty Works, Inc and Modern Real Estate. Steven has a proven track record in internet marketing, apartment leasing, condominium, and building sales. Steven is a critical part of our team, his efforts have been instrumental in leasing hundreds of apartments for Premier clients and has participated in many sales of our clients' condominiums.


  • John D. Cadiz, SHRM-SCP | Director of Operations and Human Resources

    With 25+ years of Human Resources experience, 14+ years of Real Estate experience and an investment property owner for a decade, John’s portfolio career has merged into the perfect role at Premier Properties. His business acumen allows him to fully support his staff in accomplishing their daily objectives and knows the concerns of property ownership. Educated at North Adams State College and receiving a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, John is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management as a Senior Certified Professional.

  • Jasmine Villanueva | Front Office

    Jasmine is the Voice and the Face of Premier Property Solutions, always greeting you with a warm smile, whether in person or over the phone. She grew up in the greater Boston area and attended Lasell College where she studied Fashion Design and Production.

  • Rosa Villanueva | Executive Assistant

    A graduate of Regis College with a degree in Political Science, Rosa originally joined PPS as a Temp, was hired into an Operational Assistant role and now supports the full Executive team. Rosa is the office’s go-to person and is always willing to help any team member.

Property Management

  • Catherine MacAlpine | Assistant Vice President

    Catherine joined the Premier Property team as Asst. Vice President of Property Management, having managed luxury properties and communities in Boston and Southern California since 1998. Catherine began her career in property management as a concierge at a luxury condominium complex in downtown Boston while putting herself through school. She has managed condominiums, cooperatives, apartments, commercial real estate and large residential homeowners associations. Her experience allows her to provide her clients with both exceptional customer service and day-to-day management. Catherine is responsible for training of property managers and administrative assistants as well as the design and implementation of processes to streamline the management department. Catherine was awarded an Associate’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Bunker Hill Community College and has pursued studies at the University of Massachusetts and Purdue University.   • Roy Harriman | Property Manager

    Roy is longtime New England native who has also lived in Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Hawaii! He has a degree in Hospitality Management, and upon graduating spent 15 years working for various YMCA’s as a Professional Program Director. Roy transitioned into Property Management 3 years ago, bringing with him the strong customer service skills and creative problem-solving abilities that he developed during his years at the YMCA and also through the work that he has done with low-medium income housing. He enjoys working with people and participates in a range of activities that vary from volunteering with the Red Cross as a CPR/First Aid Instructor to teaching archery. Contact Roy at

  • Alec Roberts | Junior Property Manager

    Alec is a resident of Ipswich, Massachusetts and a recent graduate of the University of New Hampshire. He has done work in landscaping and construction, and has extensive experience in customer service. Alec is passionate about real estate and is excited to be managing his portfolio of buildings. He enjoys the feeling of accomplishment that he receives from making his clients satisfied and from making their properties as beautiful as they can be.   • Kenneth Pappaconstantinou | Property Manager

    Kenny is a lifelong Greater Boston resident, having grown up in the Merrimack Valley and attended college in the city. He has lived in Back Bay, Fenway, and Brookline, eventually settling in Arlington. He brings over 5 years of experience in real estate management previously managing a range of properties from large 100+ unit condo associations to smaller 2/3 family houses. Previous to that he coordinated maintenance for an agency that provide housing to homeless families. He is a licensed real estate agent and has purchased and renovated several homes in the Boston area. He is also one of the founders of Music Studios of Arlington Center, a facility that has provided rehearsal studios to local musicians since 2005.

  • Carla Borgeson | Accounting Manager

    Carla was born in Maine, but ventured to the great state of MA where she has resided for more than 30 years. Having done accounting for the past 15 years, Carla brings expertise and excellence to Premier's financials and record keeping. Although Carla is considered a rock star Accountant, she is now studying to get her Paralegal Certificate to diversify her knowledge base and grow a broader understanding of business functions. She enjoys cooking, baking and reading in her spare time. As of late, she is fully dedicated to the gym and has found a renewed love for working out.

  • Shannon Moriarty | Accounts Payable

    Shannon joined Premier Property in 2013 and after five years of committed customer service at the Front Desk of the office has taken on the new challenge of working with our accounting team.
