Boston, Massachusetts-Based Property Management Company Nearly Doubles Office Staff Productivity with IT Help from NENS
Premier Property Solutions has a philosophy—a property management company is only as good as its property managers and support staff. The driving forces behind the success of the business are communication and timely follow through on issues. So when the technology network and servers in place couldn’t handle the expanded demands of the newly merged company or the speed at which Premier needed to conduct business, communication, timely follow through and the speed of business were suffering. Jess Kaminski, Premier’s Office Manager, looked to New England Network Solutions (NENS) to help evaluate their technology needs and get the right systems in place.
“We had expanded our business faster than expected, and our technology setup couldn’t handle the demands we were placing on it,” says Kaminski. “Our property managers weren’t able to respond to inquiries and issues for their clients because everything kept freezing or crashing.” Kaminski knew that the recent merger of two offices was overworking their old server. With an existing consulting/on-call relationship already in place, Kaminski asked NENS to work with her to determine what was slowing down Premier’s business, and how it could be fixed.
